On Wednesday the 8th I realized that an order I had placed on Sephora's online site had been shipped to my previous, previous address. I was so upset that my package may not get to me and at my careless mistake. I left a note in the new resident's mailbox hoping they would call me when it arrived.
On Friday the 10th...while at work I hit my hand on the medal door frame at work and out popped my diamond from my engagement ring. I was devestated. Obviously it was fixable...but still not a good thing.
On Saturday the 11th...we were all set to go on The Pedal Tavern and I had my IPOD for some good music. I had a small wristlet purse with my phone and IPOD. We were in a hurry, running late and I was a little stressed trying to get everyone together and in the spot we needed to be. When we got on stop two of the bars I realized I didn't have my IPOD. I had been getting my phone in and out of the wristlet so much and left it open while walking around I was sure it was gone for forever. I was really upset about it. I have another IPOD but I was so upset...like would wake up in the middle night and be sad about it.
I knew the ring would get fixed and that was really the most important of the three, but I was still pretty upset about all of it.
So.......
On Friday the 17th I got my ring back!!!!
On Sunday the 19th I picked up my Sephora order from the new resident @ 1402 Clifton Lane!!!!
And Today James called me. He was selling his car and double checked that nothing was under the seats...and there was my IPOD!!!! It never even made it out of the car!
My three negative/bad things happened...and then they were all reasonably resolved. I have learned a few things from all of this:
1. If two bad things happen to you be on the look out for the third.
2. Be more careful with my ring.
3. Be more precise when making orders online...whether its the credit card or the delivery address.
4. Be more mindful of my belongings and don't over stress and be careless.
5. God Is Watching and He Has A Plan :-)
