Last year Tracy and I made it to Nashville's BBQ Festival and had a great time so this year we decided to attend again. The music was good and it was a great time to catch up and visit, plus we got to se PAM!!!!!

Saturday James and I had a fun filled day. He had a friend in town that he hadn't seen in awhile. So, 2 couples and ourselves met for a yummy breakfast at Monell's :-) And then headed to Cheekwood for the Chihuly exhibit which was great! I think I am going to try and go back and night and see everything lit up! If you haven't been you should definitely go!

Monday Night Football!!!!!

Nothing gets you ready for Fall like FOOTBALL!!!! Now granted I don't consider Summer to be over until August is good and gone but I am ready for it to be Football Time!!!! Monday night was our first home game, it was preseason...but it was MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL!!!! It was so much fun getting to go and having wonderful seats! I feel like Nashville comes alive again when the Titans are in town!

Sunday In The South

This morning James and I got to have a wonderful brunch with The Roussels, The Smiths and Mom and Larry. Poor James had to get up after working at the bar all night, but the food was so worth it!!!! Then after the wonderful meal and some time spent visiting...out to the pool it was! What a fun day!!!!

Welcome Home Baby!!!!!

Thursday afternoon I went straight from work to Westmead to pick up our baby girl! I was so excited to see her and she was just such a happy little girl. The Doctor's office said they absolutely loved her. They said she was their smiley dog and that they loved how her tail banged against the crate everytime someone entered the room. They said she was wonderful while she was there. And she was ready to see Mom and go home, but she really acted like she would be fine staying there and being a social little bee...
that is if she could be cage free ;-)

Last night Bailey was cut off from food and water around 10pm :-( This was definitely not something she understood or liked this morning come breakfast time. I did my best to keep her distracted and playing with Bill. Then she and I headed to Westmeade for her doctor's appt. I don't get to pick her up til tomorrow after work. We got to the office early before they opened so I spent a little time loving on her in the car. She was a bit annoyed by it...but I was trying to make the most of it...one-on-one time doesn't happen very often at my house!!!

It was so hard leaving her this morning, she had no clue what she was in for...she was just so excited to be in a new place and around people. I think she thought she was going to play. This afternoon I should hear from the vet and get to see how she is doing. We are going to miss her so much tonight!!!!

My bet is on her Daddy missing her the most!!!!
