Getting in the Christmas Spirit!

So far we are still surviving at 2 dog, one person household. However, this year it has been so hard for me to get in the mood for Christmas. I have very little in my house decorated and I am not putting up a tree. I am using Bailey as an excuse for no tree...I don't know what my excuse would be if she wasn't here.

Anyway, this weekend Larry and Marti came into town to visit and Mary Katherine and the girls went to Nana and Papa's to visit and make Christmas cookies. Maybe this will help me a little bit.

I also have my work Christmas party tonight and I am looking for that to help me get in the Christmas mood as well. Hopefully, it will be a good party with my fun work friends...at least we get to get all dressed up and have some good food and free drinks! :-)
